I need to thank Sudarshan, who primarily works in the restaurant at Valle, for making my stay so incredibly memorable. He was attentive, caring, and knowledgeable, and I cannot imagine enjoying the many hours we spent basking in the ambience of the main dining room without his presence.
Staying at the Valle was a wonderful experience. The rooms were beautiful, impeccably designed, and very comfortable. The whole hotel is built out of the most aesthetically pleasing wood, which creates a certain peaceful feeling that I cannot put into words.
The meals were delicious, the tea tasting was very enjoyable, and the guided experiences were top notch.
I look forward to returning to returning to Valle in the coming years and making more memories in one of the most beautiful places on Earth.

My stay at Valle Resort Munnar was a delightful experience from start to finish. Nestled amidst the serene hills of Munnar, the resort offers breathtaking views that instantly captivate you upon arrival. The staff greeted us warmly and made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay.
What stood out the most was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
The facilities at Valle Resort Munnar are top-notch. From the garden to the spa facilities, every corner of the resort exuded tranquility and sophistication. It was evident that the management pays meticulous attention to detail, making our stay seamless and memorable.
We will definitely go there again.

Valle Munnar has exceptional architecture and activities
The hotel has exceptional architecture, well maintained and beautiful views. Beware of PRIME or GARDEN Facing Rooms, only choose this if you get it way cheaper than Valley facing or if you have no choice in this or other hotels. Also too much noise from generator nearby disturbs sleep in GARDEN/PRIME Room.
The Valley facing room is amazing just spectacular views. Food- very good quality and made to high standards of taste Overall stay here is worth if you Valley view rooms only. Special mention- Please utilize the free activities especially the tea plantation tour by Mr.Rajan who is very patient and friendly and conducted an awesome tour of nearby Tata tea plantation. Totally worth the stay in Valle

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The view was absolutely stunning, and the location is excellent — very convenient and easy to access. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a breathtaking view that truly made the stay special.
The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. I would like to especially thank Divyah, who was extremely supportive and helpful throughout my stay. When I faced an issue with my room, she handled it with great professionalism and changed my room in record time. She was always smiling, cooperative, and genuinely caring.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. Definitely a high rating from me.

Fabulous stay at The Valle. The hotel itself is a lovely building which has been well maintained with perfect views over the valley. The staff are super friendly and attentive and the food is amongst the best quality that I had on my trip - it was also good value.
The hotel organises a range of free activities such as treks (big shout out to Rajan) and cookery classes (thanks chef Vikas Singh)
The only slight negative, which is not within the hotel's control is the early wake up call from the nearby village! Depending on location of your room it may be a guarantee that you are woken before 6. The hotel also doesn't serve alcohol - an FYI to anyone who may be hoping to take in the view with a nice cold beer

The view from The Valle Munnar took my breath away! It is absolutely beautiful.
The staff is excellent, truly five star service. Our interaction with all staff members was wonderful. Front desk is helpful in every aspect and addressing any queries you have
The morning treks were the highlight of our stay. We loved going on the morning trek with Rajan sir.
The restaurant staff is also so courteous. They made sure our food was free of the allergens we mentioned. Chef Anoosh's food and cooking class was a delight.
I am truly thankful to Ameen and Dr. Daniel at the spa for their help and advice. Unfortunately I couldn't use the spa services this time but I had a great time at The Valle.

Have stayed in Valle in August, and I’ll say that it was my best experience ever.
Rooms: The rooms were top notch. The view was unbelievable.
Service: Ayyo, all the staff members are too welcoming and friendly. Whenever you see them, they have a bright smile on their face. Just a call to the receptionist and they’ll help you with whatever you are in need of.
Location: It can’t be described, as I said in the room section the view was unbelievable.
I’ve been working remotely, I felt like, I was working from clouds.
Last but not the least, Joshua has been really helpful snd hes a jolly guy as well. Also, I can’t remember all the names, So shout out to all the staff members including Prince, Nafiya, Joshua

We stopped by this hotel yesterday just for a coffee, and wow – what a great experience.
Shoshwar, his manager, and the whole Coffee Shop team were incredibly welcoming and kind. You could tell they genuinely cared about making guests feel comfortable.
The coffee was the best we’ve had in India so far, made on a proper Italian espresso machine – not just the usual filter coffee you get everywhere.
The view from up there is absolutely stunning, and the whole place still feels brand new (it’s only a year old).
Shoshwar even took the time to give us a little tour of the hotel, answered all our questions about the place and its architecture, and just made us feel incredibly welcome.
Such a beautiful spot, amazing service, and a great vibe overall. We’ll definitely be back. Huge thanks to the team – you guys made our day!

Our stay at The Valle, Munnar was a beautiful escape into nature’s canvas. From our balcony, we watched valleys draped in clouds and hills painted in green — each moment a postcard come alive. We had a truly exceptional stay at The Valle Hotel. The property is beautiful, clean, and surrounded by stunning views. The rooms are of a very high standard, offering excellent comfort and style, which added to the overall luxury of our stay.
One of the highlights was the great trekking experience in the morning, as well as the hike through the tea plantations to the nearby village, guided by the fantastic Rajan. His knowledge and passion added so much value to our adventure.
Additionally, the entire staff, from the reception to the service team, was fantastic and incredibly caring. They made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.

We stayed for 2 nights from 4th October.
Very comfortable rooms with big balconies and spectacular view of the Munnar valley and the tea plantations.
The service provided by the staff were exceptional and everyone from the reception to the restaurant staff were eager to help and made sure we were comfortable.
They have a great buffet breakfast spread and it was so sweet of the Chef that he personally attended each and every table.
They also have various activities such as trekking, campfire, cooking classes. Chef Anoosh conducted a cooking class.
Surrounding was clean and well maintained
Amazing food, view, service, ambience, super comfy beds. Would recommend this place for sure.

The views from this hotel are absolutely beautiful. All of the staff were incredibly lovely and regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well and that we had no problems.
The food throughout our stay was amazing. The chefs were also wonderful and often came out to speak with guests to ensure everyone was happy with their meals. We mentioned that we wanted to try a dessert from their five-course menu called watalappam, and although it takes time to prepare, the chef kindly offered to make it for us the following day. It was absolutely delicious and a highlight of our stay.
The only reason I’m giving the room four stars is due to the location of our room. It was above an area used by the restaurant staff, and the sound travelled quite clearly into the room at times. Aside from that, the rooms themselves are lovely, and as mentioned, the views are truly amazing

I'm still pinching myself after our amazing stay at Valle Munnar resort! The moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and breathtaking views. The resort is a tranquil oasis nestled in the heart of Munnar's lush tea plantations.
The rooms were cozy, the food was delicious, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. We loved the personalized touches, like the welcome drink and the thoughtful amenities.
But what really stole our hearts was the stunning views - the sunrise over the hills, the misty valleys, and the lush greenery everywhere! It was the perfect place to unwind and reconnect.

Totalmente genial para relajarse. Esta bastante aislado, las habitaciones muy bien y de 5 estrellas totalmente. I loved the design of this hotel, as well as its stunning location overlooking a tea plantation with stunning sunrise and sunsets.
From the moment you step into hotel, the high ceilings and wooden minimalist aesthetic is very modern and pleasing
Our room was nice, all with private balcony, bed and pillow were comfortable.
The hotel offers an activity program, highlight was a guided walk through the tea plantation and the local village of plantation workers. We also did an early morning sunrise walk, plus a tea tasting with an informative tourism video for munnar.
Breakfast was very nice, Indian dishes as well as a good buffet, and nothing beats a slow breakfast with a stunning view. Their dinner offering was very affordable, which is a refreshing change as it means eating there every night wasn't too expensive.
The staff were all responsive and helpful throughout!

Nestled amidst lush greenery and offering breathtaking views of mountains,The Valle provided an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of tranquility.
My accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. The décor was tasteful and created a relaxing ambiance.The resort's amenities were top-notch.

Beautiful stay!
The property is fairly new and is very well maintained.
We took a mountain view room and boy it was mesmerising. The interior is very well done, the room service and dining service is also amazingg! They also provide good quality bathrobes which gives the stay a premium feel.
Evening high tea + snacks is complimentary which was a pleasant surprise.
They have good activities in the hotel itself - cookie baking session, tea tasting, evening campfire etc.
The road to the hotel is bit of a drive but it’s manageable.
There is not much 1km around the hotel, so it’s better to stay inside/around the property after dark.
Dinner has buffet option and a la-carte.

Must Visit if you are going to Munnar. I recently had the opportunity to stay for few days the The Valle - Munnar. I was am giving 5 starts since that the highest I can provide in the reviews. This property exceeded my expectation in every single way.
Property --- Fantastic location and amazing rooms. The site, placement, cleanliness, stays, staffs - Nothing but amazing on every aspects
Food --- I have never tasted anything this good for a very long time. Must try (Chemmen Mango Curry) - Tops my list of food I ever had. Ate it multiple times
People --- Gems of the resort. Very calm, friendly, helpful, smiling etc etc.. So much so, that my 2 year old did not want to leave. Prepared off the menu items for the baby girl and us and surprised us.
So many fun things to do within the resort itself and we hardly left outside as we were amazed by the things we saw. Attaching few images

Our stay at valle was enjoyable!. The location of the hotel was breathtaking with the best sunrise and sunset view from our room. Food was exceptionally good. When it comes to service no other hotel could match their standards. To mention a few, Hasan at the front desk was kind and hospitable. Joshua was very informative and helpful with good local knowledge .Restaurant manager Dominic was very enterprising and dynamic and took extra care of us and Waiter from kumbakonam from his team was courteous and caring as well.And above all Chef Anush was extremely skilled and prepared most authentic kerala food.
We were given a wonderful send off by the whole crew!!!!

“Best Stay Ever!”
Our stay at The Valle by Kondody Hotels was simply amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and cared for. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless — with breathtaking valley views that we’ll never forget.
The food was delicious, and the variety at breakfast was excellent. We especially loved the calm atmosphere, the nature all around, and the little activities that made the experience unique. Every detail, from cleanliness to service, was top-notch.
This was truly the best stay we’ve ever had, and we left with beautiful memories. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Munnar!

A very well done resort. While the idea is that of a resort, the property is quite small. And I must say that with such space limitations, it has well designed interiors - elegant and spacious. Considering the space limitation and the location, it is more suited to couples than families with small children, though they have tried to do well in terms of making it engaging for kids. There is a bit of a convenience issue in going up and down the floors for various facilities and the way the lift keys are numbered, it's all part of the space limitation though.
The service and food were both very good. This is a new setup and it shows. If it is well maintained, this has immense potential because of the outstanding views and location. The view and experience of spending time looking out from the balcony can be close to mesmerizing! Keep it up!

Good experience.... the property is very neat and clean and the staff in particular is very helpful and always treats you with a smile.. the vally view rooms are the ones to pick and possibly in the upper level like g2 to g4 where there are g7.... the cookies baking sessions are so entertaining for the kids and tea tasting is also splendid... as for the restaurant breakfast is awesome and service is top notch... the restaurant rates are normal when compared to other 5 star facilities in this area.. the climate is the most attractive entity of this location... outside separate packages like offload jeep and zip line are available in this area that are not related to this resort..

The best vacation so far
This is a relatively new property in Munnar, which is extremely beautiful
The staff, including Prayag, Prince etc are all so kind and attentive
The rooms boast of luxurious interiors with stunning views and amazingly pleasant weather
Each and every food item of all three meals was soooo delectable which is usually not the case in many 5 start properties, hats off to the Chef and his team
They have on site activities like cookie making, tea tasting, trekking, cycling, culinary class, campfire, games and group activities which keep you engaged during your stay
The dining area is with its views are also incredible.
We also visited the spa, which was sooo incredibly beautiful and had the best vibe.
The attention to detail is incredible and the place is one of, if not the best properties in Munnar
Highly highly recommend , you definitely won't be disappointed
